Gabrielle Kristine “Gabie” P. Cobrado

Gabie joined the Firm in August 2019.

Gabie has extensive experience in the incorporation, maintenance, and dissolution of companies in various jurisdictions such as Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands.

She has also assisted clients in arranging for the authentication of documents with the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong, as well as the notarization with a Hong Kong notary public and apostille service with the Hong Kong Judiciary Court.

Alongside the rest of the Legal Team, Gabie ensures the timely filing of key documents, including tax returns and annual reports, with the relevant government authorities.

Gabie completed her Certificate for Module (Corporate Secretaryship and Compliance) with HKUSPACE in November 2023.
