Rafaella Carmela “Raffi” P. Reyes, JD

Raffi joined the Firm in November 2017 and became a Partner in August 2020. She is registered as a Foreign Lawyer with the Hong Kong Law Society. Since joining the Firm, Raffi has assisted clients in the formation and maintenance of their offshore companies as well as other matters including but not limited to tax compliance and immigration matters.

From 2014 to 2017, Raffi worked as an Associate for the taxation department of a full-service firm located in the Philippines. She handled various matters for both individual and corporate clients, with particular expertise on transfer of properties, estate planning, procurement of government licenses, registration and compliance, tax audit investigation, due diligence audits, and tax litigation cases.
