Arnold Josef Deden

Arnold joined the Firm in July 2021.

Arnold has extensive experience incorporating, maintaining, and dissolving companies in various jurisdictions including Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands. He has also been responsible for successfully opening several bank accounts for our clients.

Alongside the rest of the Legal Team, Arnold ensures the timely filing of key documents, including tax returns and annual reports, with the relevant government authorities. Arnold also assists our accounts team with the Firm’s bookkeeping and administrative upkeep.

Arnold completed his Certificate for Module (Corporate Secretaryship and Compliance) with HKUSPACE in November 2023.
